Design and Sales Engineer
We are currently looking for a new team member to support us in our technical design department. If you fit the following, please contact us.
You will be responsible to ensure the technical accuracy of specific design details. You will have sufficient technical knowledge and awareness of details to be able to recognize where technical problems may develop in the various disciplines and to initiate appropriate corrective actions.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate technical drawings on assigned projects
- Plan, schedule, and conduct and coordinate assigned engineering work
- Monitor works for compliance to applicable codes, accepted engineering practices and standards
- Ensure effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between all disciplines and all other project participants
- Ensure the technical accuracy of specific design details
- Provide drafting functions and quotations for the project department.
- Prepare engineering drawings for submission to client purposes including generating details drawing for fabrication purposes.
- Assist immediate superior/project engineers with new products and sample designs.
- Ensure all drafts and drawings are prepared in accordance to the customers’ requirements and specification as well as to standard technical drawing practices including supervision of fabrication works where necessary to ensure that it is carried out as per the drawings and exact requirements.
- Work closely with your immediate supervisor for growth, development and reporting of activities and success of product sales.
- Manage and interpret customer requirements – communicate with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Provide solutions to client’s problems.
- Negotiate and close sales based on agreed terms and conditions.
- Work closely with and assist the maintenance and servicing team.
- Prepare proposals/quotations on time.
- Travel to visit clients and maintain client database.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Able to use AutoCAD
- Good command of spoken and written English
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Possess initiative and responsible attitude, mature, good attention to detail, proactive and result oriented
- A team player and fast learner with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidate should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status

Account And Admin Executive
We are currently looking for a new team member to support us as follows:
- Handle GST submissions and claims
- Ensure accuracy of Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (AR/AP) transactions
- Prepare sales invoices & monitors receivable collections
- Perform monthly accounts closing to ensure all general ledger entries have been entered into the system
- Prepare management reports, weekly update on cash status, debtors and creditors
- Ensure accuracy of bank reconciliation/bank’s cash flow
- Ensure timely supply of accounting information to the management
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, regulators and government offices
- Responsible for office administration and other ad hoc functions as and when required
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent
- High Proficiency in MYOB Accounting System, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Access
- Good command of spoken and written English
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Possess initiative and responsible attitude, mature, good attention to detail, proactive and result oriented
- A team player and fast learner with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidate should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
